What is the best way and time to see the Enchantment Fireworks Show and the Electric Water Pageant on the same evening? We have MK reservations for 6/14 Thank you

Hi there, Dan!  Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

It sounds like you have a wonderful evening planned!  There is no better way to end a magical day than with fireworks.  Combining that with viewing the Electrical Water Pageant shouldn't be too hard to work into your schedule.  I took a look at operating hours for Magic Kingdom Park for the date of your visit.  Magic Kingdom Park will be open from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, with Disney Enchantment fireworks at 9:20 pm.  While you can see Disney Enchantment fireworks from inside or outside Magic Kingdom Park,  the Electrical Water Pageant can only be viewed outside the park, at locations around Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake.  Current times for the Electrical Water Pageant are as follows:

    • Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa: 8:35 pm
    • Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort: 8:45 pm
    • Disney’s Wilderness Lodge: 9:35 pm
    • Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground: 9:45 pm
    • Disney’s Contemporary Resort: 10:05 pm
    • Magic Kingdom Park: 10:25 pm

You can confirm times on the date of your visit in the My Disney Experience app.  Use the search button at the bottom of the screen, type in "Electrical Water Pageant", and select the location you plan to view from.

I have a couple of suggestions for you to view both on the same evening.  If you plan to view Disney Enchantment inside Magic Kingdom Park, exit when the show is finished to catch the Electrical Water Pageant.  Good views can be had from the ramp to the monorail station, or the walkway to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  Alternately, take a break from the park earlier in the evening to enjoy dinner or a snack at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort or Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and a view of the Electrical Water Pageant before heading back to Magic Kingdom Park to see the fireworks, and then stay afterward to enjoy a few more attractions as the post-fireworks crowd dissipates.

Another idea would be to end your day at Magic Kingdom Park early, taking the monorail or water ferry to one of the resorts to watch the Electrical Water Pageant and then Disney Enchantment.  Good fireworks viewing areas (with the music piped in!) can be had at both the marina and boat dock at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, the beach at Disney's Polynesian Resort, or near the ferry dock at the Transportation and Ticket Center.  Relax afterward at one of the resorts with a tropical cocktail or a snack.

Dan, if you would like other suggestions or have more questions, please stop by planDisney again anytime.  We're always happy to help.
