When if any is the best time to decide in our resort we want to stay?..and can book that room area, We are staying At Saratoga Springs and have heard it is very large. My daughter wants to be close to Downtown Disney, can we reserve a room near there?

    Hi Chrystal!

There's no time like now to start looking at your resort of choice.  Many of the Walt Disney World resorts are quite large, and so it works in your favor to be familiar with the maps and the distance between main lobby and your room!

Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa is one of the largest on Disney property.  There are approximately five (5) specific sections of SSR.  The closest to the Carriage House would be the Grand Stand area.  Congress Park is the section of SSR that's closest to DTD.  Rooms 1101-1436 are the closest, and there is a direct walkway to the Marketplace at Downtown Disney.  Should you want a room in this area, its always best to have that noted on your reservation as soon as possible.  Please remember it is not a guarantee, solely a request.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
