what the best time of day to go to the part with a 4 Y.O.child?

My biggest piece of advice to you would be to go to the parks first thing in the morning. BE AT THE PARKS BEFORE THEY OPEN, so that you are ready to go as soon as the entrance rope drops. The first 1 to 2 hours that the parks are open are the most manageable of the day. For example, at 9:30 a.m. you might face a 20 minute wait for the Magic Kingdom Dumbo ride, at 11:30 a.m. that wait might be well over an hour. Obviously this is something you want to avoid.

I simply can't say this enough -- to beat the lines, earlier is better. And the younger the child, the more important this rule is.
