Hi Danielle!
Disney's Animal Kingdom is one of my favorite parks at the
Walt Disney World Resort because there is so much to do, see, and eat! Although there are some thrills for older kids (and kids at heart), there is also plenty to do for the younger ones!
One of my favorite attractions at Disney's Animal Kingdom is Kilimanjaro Safaris where you get to see exotic creatures in their natural habitats. I always love seeing the lions and the giraffes! You can also walk through the Maharajah Jungle Trek and the Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail to see even more amazing creatures like tigers, gorillas, bats, and meerkats! You can even go to The Boneyard in DinoLand U.S.A., which is an open-air play area where little ones can explore their inner paleontologist and learn all about dinosaurs!
If you would like an interactive animal experience, make sure to take the Wildlife Express Train to Affection Section, an open-air petting zoo. This is one attraction we never skip!
TriceraTop Spin and Na'vi River Journey are great choices for rides for your little prince since both of these attractions are pretty mild. TriceraTop Spin does spin as it lifts guests into the air, and Na'vi River Journey can get a bit dark, but as long as that won't be a problem, I am sure he will really enjoy the experiences!
Make sure to check out the
full list of attractions for Disney's Animal Kingdom to see if there is something else that might interest you! I'm sure that no matter what you choose, he will have an absolutely magical birthday exploring Disney's Animal Kingdom!
Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
