What is the best way to get from All Star Movies to The Rivera BEFORE Epcot opens. I know that you can take a bus from ASM to Epcot and then use the Skyliner to get to Rivera, but I didn’t know if we would be able to access the IG before Epcot is open.

Hiya, Stevie, and welcome to planDisney! You have a visit to Walt Disney World Resort coming up soon, and as Princess Tiana would say, "You're almost there!" You need to map out an early-morning route around the resort, so let's see what paths we can find to help you climb the mountain and cross the river.

It sounds like you have breakfast or other activities planned at Disney's Riviera Resort, and you're staying at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. Since there's no bus service between resorts, we must find alternate ways to get you there. My top recommendation is to utilize rideshare. You can request a ride from the company of your choice through their app. Most rideshares will pick you up near the resort lobby and take you anywhere you'd like to go. If you have a group with you, I'd recommend ordering a Minnie Van. These festive, polka-dot vans are a fun way to get around, and they make for fabulous family photos.

Taking Walt Disney World Bus Service from All-Star Movies to EPCOT would be tricky since the bus will drop you off at the park's front entrance, and the International Gateway is back in the World Showcase. So you would only be able to make that walk once EPCOT opens. I'm not sure when you're heading to Riviera Resort, but on May 12, EPCOT's listed opening time for resort guests is 8:30 AM.

Another option would be to take a bus from All-Star Movies to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Buses will start running about 45 minutes before the park opens, so keep an eye on park hours to see if that would work. You could hop on the Disney Skyliner easily because the station is outside the theme park entrance. You'd need to transfer at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to get to Riviera Resort, but it would be the first stop after Caribbean Beach Resort.

Stevie, like our friend who kissed the frog, you know exactly where you're going, and you're getting closer and closer every day. I hope I've given you some viable transportation options for your upcoming visit, and feel free to stop by planDisney anytime. We'll do all we can to help you "take the easy way!"

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
