What is the best seafood resturant in the resort or park area(no car) that is kid friendly? Staying at the Caribean. We are coming from OK and will have our 4 year old daughter?

    Julie,

My personal favorite would be the Cape May Clam Bake in the Beach Club Resort.  The name gives you a god idea of what to expect, but along with clams you'll find things like mussels, oysters, fish, shrimp, chowders and more.  If anyone doesn't like seafood that's fine too - they have great selections like ribs and chicken.  There's also a separate child's buffet with things like chicken fingers and pizza.  Of course your daughter may eat the seafood as well - my daughters sure do! - but it's there if she'd rather not.

Great seafood can also be found at many other restaurants- Flying Fish (Boardwalk), Citricos, and Narcoossee's (Grand Floridian) all come to mind.  Those are more upscale eateries so you're likely to find fewer children, and you'll definitely find higher prices.  They are always open to children so don't be afraid to eat there by any means (we're going to 2 of the 3 with our daughters next month).  Just be aware that it will likely be a more quiet and adult atmosphere.

    Have a great vacation!
