What is the best route, using Disney transportation, to get from AofA to the Boardwalk? to Wilderness Lodge? Thanks so much for helping all of us super planners, we love what you do!!!

    Hi there Holly!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question, and for the kind words!  It truly is a pleasure to assist you with all of your Walt Disney World vacation planning questions!

You are going to love DIsney's Art of Animation Resort! I enjoyed a lovely stay at Disney's newest Resort last December and loved the immersive storybook theming and attention to detail at every turn! Unfortunately, there is not direct bus transportation between Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's BoardWalk or Disney's Wilderness Lodge. To reach Disney's BoardWalk, take the bus bound for Disney's Hollywood Studios and either transfer to the Friendship Ferry (water taxi) or make the short 10-15 minute walk. When traveling to Disney's Wilderness Lodge, I would recommend taking the bus to Magic Kingdom Park and then transferring to the motor launch (water taxi) or motor cruiser. If you will be traveling after park closing, I suggest taking the bus to Downtown DIsney and then transfer to the bus bound for either DIsney's BoardWalk Inn or Disney's Wilderness Lodge. I hope this helps!  Please don't hesitate to write us back with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical Walt Disney World vacation, Holly!

    Happy Travels,
    Jodie
