What are the best restaurants to dine at for kids 3 and 6? Which ones should we make a reservation at ASAP?

    Hi Mark,

I would dine at restaurants which are similar to the ones you eat at home. While my children are now 13 and 15, we dined at all of these restaurant when they were three and continue to enjoy them now.

If you like a restaurant which is fun and you can move around, head to the Wilderness Lodge and dine at the Whispering Canyon Cafe. This is my favorite restaurant because it is good fun and food. Try a milk shake!

If you want restaurant with a show, try Teppan Edo in Japan. They cook your food right in front of you and my girls love this restaurant.

If you looking for a great view, try California Grill. Located at the top of the Contemporary, you can book your meal during Wishes and watch the fireworks from here with the music piped into the restaurant.

My favorite character meals are at 1900 Park Fare and Crystal Palace so these are always a fun meal as well. If you are traveling to Animal Kingdom, Tusker House for breakfast is a great meal and Mickey and friends are here as well.

If you are flexible on times, you can do these restaurants all about three months out though the more time the better your chance you have to book your preferred times.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
