Where's the best resort for a family of 6+ people to stay at? Should I book the reservation for my family, or have a Travel Planner do it for me?

Welcome to planDisney, Emily! Planning a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort is exciting, fun, and at times can be a little stressful (yes, even for us regulars!). Don't worry, we are here to help you've got a friend in us over here on the panel!

Emily, how exciting that you want to plan a vacation to Walt Disney World with a big group! The wonderful thing about the Disney Resorts is that there are so many to choose from. all provide different amenities, and based on what theme parks you want to focus on, location is a big deal for some planners! Disney's Art of Animation Resort has beautiful family suites that accommodate six people, and come with 2 bathrooms, which is a big bonus! It is also close to the Disney Skyliner, making travel to Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT so much easier! You can also look at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, they sleep up to six people, and can come equipped with a full kitchen. It is also a boat ride away from Disney's Magic Kingdom Park! If luxury and a higher budget is in your alley, I suggest a Deluxe Room at Disney's Beach Club Resort, where you are a quick walk away to EPCOT, and it is also home to the best pool on property, Stormalong Bay!

Emily, you can easily book with a Cast Member at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Desk at (407) 939-1936. They will guide you through the reservation process, and provide up to date information on any special rates that are available at that time. I hope you have the most wonderful visit to Walt Disney World!
