Can you believe you’ll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth in just under 60 days?! I’m thrilled for you! Magic Kingdom is probably my most favorite park because of all the nostalgia I feel when I go, and it’s the perfect park to visit for 2 days. Did you know Magic Kingdom has more attractions and experiences than any other Disney theme park in the world? It takes some time to do and see everything. My family and I always spend 2 days visiting Magic Kingdom during our vacations so that we can be sure to get all of our must-do attractions in. Let’s take a look at how you can plan out your magical days to get the most out of your visit.
First and foremost, sit with your crew and determine what your must-do attractions are. With 2 days, it is highly likely that you’ll get to do almost everything. However, just in case you run out of time before your carriage turns into a pumpkin and it’s time to go home, having an idea of what everyone really wants to do is key. For my family, no visit to the Magic Kingdom is complete without at least one ride through the
Haunted Mansion to visit with the Ghost Host, or at least one trip on
The Happiest Cruise That Ever Sailed. I also must ensure that I get a higher score than my boys on
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin and that we get a good laugh together inside
Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor. If you’re planning to purchase
Lightning Lane Multi-Pass to enjoy these attractions and more, be sure to log into the
My Disney Experience app 7 days before your visit if you’ll be a guest staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel (3 days prior for other guests). At that point you’ll be able to purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass and select your 3 pre-selected experiences for both park days. If I were in your shoes, I’d select 3 different attractions each park day for a total of 6 unique Lightning Lane return times before you even set foot in the park.
As for character breakfasts, you have 2 official options at Magic Kingdom:
Cinderella’s Royal Table and
The Crystal Palace. At Cinderella’s Royal Table, you’ll dine inside Cinderella Castle and meet several Disney Princesses during the course of your prix fixe meal. At The Crystal Palace, you’ll dine buffet-style and get to meet Winnie the Pooh and his pals from the Hundred Acre Wood. Advance reservations are highly recommended for these very popular table service dining experiences, and we are now inside your
60-day dining reservation window. Getting one or both of these experiences booked as soon as possible should be high on your to-do list if a character breakfast is important to you.
