Hi Carol,
I am the proud parent of three very hungry, growing boys, so we love all you can eat buffets.
A good majority of these buffets offer very similar menus (salads, vegetables and potatoes, carved meats and desserts) with small changes for house specialities or the individual chef's choices. Some buffet choices include Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom, Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club, Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Tusker House at Animal Kingdom, Hollywood and Vine at Hollywood Studios, Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort, Trail's End at Fort Wilderness, 1900 Park Faire at Grand Floridian and Akershus at Epcot's Norway Pavilion.
Or favorite buffet choices are Crystal Palace, Boma and Cape May Cafe. Boma offers some unique choices with an African flair and we love sampling some new items as well as a few familiar choices. Cape May Cafe is home to a nightly clam bake and if you are a clam fan, this is the place to be. Crystal Palace is our favorite buffet choice. We love the fresh fish and carved meat choices and the garlic mashed potatoes are delicious. Don't forget to visit the dessert station, home to the incredible flan.
Another all you can eat option is the family served meal. These locations offer a slightly smaller menu and the food is brought to your table, however the bowls are filled as often as you like. Choices here include Whispering Canyon Cafe at WIlderness Lodge, "Ohana at Polynesian Resort, Garden Grill at Epcot, and Liberty Tree Tavern at Magic Kingdom. Our family loves the "Thanksgiving meal" with turkey, beef, potatoes, mac-n-cheese and vegetables that is served at Liberty Tree and it one of our must do dining locations.
A great place to check additional information on menu choices and information on the buffets is at

Bon Appetite!
