Hi Lynn,
I only found two resorts, the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and the BoardWalk Inn, which have full size cribs and must be requested. The
Grand Floridian is on the monorail which will take you directly to the Magic Kingdom. You can also take the monorail to the Ticket and Transportation Center and transfer to the monorail to Epcot. There is a buffet at
1900 Park Fare which has characters for breakfast which will make this a more expensive option. They do have a quick service restaurant available.
The
BoardWalk Inn is adjacent to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. You can use the boats or walk to both of these parks. The restaurants are all located on the Boardwalk itself, and they are not not buffets.
In general, buffets are for
character dining and are a lot of fun but you are paying for the opportunity to interact with all of your favorite characters.
Another option to consider is to stay at moderate resort which have a food court which would give you food options in the morning but they do not have regular cribs. You could also bring cereal and other non-perishable breakfast and snack items from home. The store at the resorts do have waffles, bread and fruit to purchase.
One final thought is to check out the Swan and Dolphin (located near the BoardWalk) or the hotels across from Downtown Disney to see if they meet your needs.
Have a great vacation!
