    Where is the best place to eat if I'm on a diet? I don't just want burgers and fries, I'm looking for something healthy.

    I can definitely relate to this, and let me tell you, Disney is the vacation destination for you if you are looking for somewhere with healthy eating options are that still delicious! Disney  World offers quick service carts throughout the park that not only offer standard fare, such as popcorn and ice cream, but fresh fruit and bottled water. All of the resorts have healthy options, including a make-your-own-Greek yogurt bar at Art of Animation, fresh carrots with dip and skim milk. 

    The chefs at the restaraunts throughout WDW are excellent at accomodating special dietary requests, including those who are looking for healthy options. When in doubt, I can usually find a salad on the menu and I ask for it without dressing and a lean protein, such as grilled chicken or fish.

    My favorites include Narcoosee's for their grilled fish and Ohana for their broccoli and delicious salad. 

    For counter service locations, I had a delicoius bowl of steaming hot oatmeal at Animal Kingdom, Pizzafari, which was just what I needed before a long day at the parks. I also love Pecos Bills at Magic Kingdom, because you can eat the burger without a bun and load up on fresh veggies from the burger bar instead.
