    Where is the best place to eat with a diet-friendly menu? I'm on a diet and don't want to blow it while on vacation!

    Thanks for your question Noreen! I can totally relate! I love food and enjoying dining while on vacation, especially at Disney, but I also want to make sure I stay on track with my diet and healthy eating. 

    Well, you are in luck because Disney does an amazing job at providing a plethora of delicious AND healthy options! Many of the resorts offer healthy selections, including carrots with ranch dip, fresh fruit, salads and yogurt. At Art of Animation they even have a healthy Greek Yogurt Parfait station, which not only makes healthy eating easy, but fun!

    At the parks, you will find fresh fruit offered at the quick service carts. You can also substitute fruit, such as apples or grapes for your dessert or fries at many of the Quick Service locations

    The Table Service options also offer plenty of healthy options, including vegetarian, gluten-free and low-fat. The chefs are great at accomodating special requests. I often ask for grilled fish, cooked without butter or oil and they don't bat an eye at this special request. Even the all-you-care-to-eat locations offer up plenty of fresh vegetables, lean protein and fruit.
