Hi Maria!
I see that you are visiting
Walt Disney World beginning tomorrow, how exciting! I was thrilled to see your question and wanted to help you as soon as possible so you can find vegan options for your trip.
One of my favorite things about Walt Disney World is how they accommodate a variety of
special diets. I never have to worry about finding something to eat that will fit into my diet.
At
Disney Springs, you will find a wide variety of vegan options. There is an array of vegan options at
Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC. There are vegan cupcakes, doughnuts, bread, and even vegan butter. The
Earl Of Sandwich has a plant-based menu, which includes a vegan cannonballs sandwich.
Blaze has a vegan pizza with Daiya vegan cheese and vegan chorizo.
Raglan Road has a great vegan Shepard's Pie called "This Shepard Went Vegan." City Works and House of Blues serve the Impossible Burger and the AMC Dine-In Theatre has Impossible Nuggets.
At Disney's Boardwalk,
Flying Fish has roasted tofu and
Trattoria Al Forno has a Plant-based Rigatoni Bolognese. You can also find vegan muffins at the Boardwalk Bakery and vegan ice cream at Boardwalk Ice Cream.
Overall, you will find that the majority of Walt Disney World table service restaurants offer vegan options. You can find all of the menus for Walt Disney World restaurants on their website. Simply visit the
dining page and you can filter by the restaurant, cuisine type, and price range. When you click on the restaurant name, you will be brought to their page and you can click on "View Menu."
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else at all!
Magically,
Stacy
