What is the best way to get from O’hana to Port Orleans

    Hi Pamela,

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy you dropped by with your question about navigating around the Walt Disney World resort.

After you enjoy a yummy meal at 'Ohana (either the Best Friends Breakfast with Lilo & Stitch or the Hawaiian-themed dinner), it's a pretty easy jaunt to the Port Orleans resorts using Disney's complimentary transportation system.

As you leave 'Ohana, you can walk straight across the Great Ceremonial Hall to board the monorail for Magic Kingdom. There, you can transfer to a bus bound for the Port Orleans resorts -- either Riverside or French Quarter.

Another option would be to go downstairs to the Polynesian Village Resort's bus stop and catch a bus to Hollywood Studios, which is the closest theme park to Port Orleans. There, you can transfer to a Port Orleans bus.

If you have filled up on all the goodies at 'Ohana and want a more direct route to the resort, rideshare services and Minnie Vans pick up near the main lobby entrance of the Polynesian.

One other tip about transportation, Pamela: You can use the "Get Directions" function of the My Disney Experience Mobile App anywhere in the Walt Disney World resort to get step-by-step instructions for walking, driving, or using Disney transportation between locations.

    Happy planning!
