Is the best way to navigate in the park an online map? Are those found in some sort of DisneyWorld app? Or should I just go with an old-fashioned, paper map.

    Hi, Kerry!
I'm a big fan of using a low-tech and high-tech style of map management when I visit Walt Disney World Resorts.

The first thing I do before I visit one of the parks is to make sure I download the My Disney Experience app onto my phone. I take a little time to explore the app before I get to the park so I know how to find all the sections I might need. There are sections that include wait times, dining and even spots to find PhotoPass photographers. The app shows specific locations for the items you look up. If you don't know where you want to go, I'm a fan of using the low-tech paper maps handed out at each park entrance. The paper map gives you a wider perspective of all the opportunities you can enjoy at the park.

For years, our family enjoyed visiting the parks with just a simple paper park map. I consider the information I have on my phone as an added perk to the experience.

I'm excited about your trip! I hope you can enjoy the low-tech and high-tech experience at the Walt Disney World Parks.
