    What would be the best moderate hotel to stay at with the bus transportation as far as getting on or off the bi Us Epcot or down town Disney?

    So most of the Moderate resorts are going to give you a good proximity to both Downtown Disney and Epcot. Of the five, the Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Disney's Coronado Springs Resort are the furthest away. 

    Of the remaining three, I would say that both the Port Orleans Resorts, French Quarter and Riverside, give you the best access to both venues. And that includes boat access to Downtown Disney, if you want to try that out as well. But of the two, I find that the bus times are better at Port Orleans-French Quarter.

    BOTTOM LINE: I would suggest you opt for Port Orleans French Quarter.
