    Hi Mark!

With the layout of Walt Disney World, it is easy to find resorts located near either the Magic Kingdom OR Hollywood Studios. Unfortunately, there due to locations, there aren't any that are near both parks.

In general, the deluxe resorts are located nearest to the parks. Most of these resorts either feature boat transportation, monorail transportation or even walking paths to at least one theme park.

Nearest to the Magic Kingdom, and among the most budget friendly of the Deluxe resorts, is the Wilderness Lodge. Just a boat ride away from the park, it feels secluded while being right in the heart of the Magic Kingdom area.

For easy access to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios, the Yacht and Beach Clubs or the Boardwalk all offer great access by boat or walking path to these parks.

Resorts in the value and moderate categories do feature bus transportation to the parks. Bus routes typically have about a 20 to 30 minute travel time once you are onboard.

    Hope this helps!
