Is it best to go to MK on a Sunday May, 20 or a Monday, May21? I read Mondays can be more crowded but it seems like Sundays may be. Can someone advise? Our first trip with boys. Also we have Sun-Wed there leaving Thurs. What parks best for 8 yr old boys

    Hi Jenny!

I like to use the touringplans dot com website for understanding the crowd levels at the parks and determining the best park to visit for the day. For a small fee you can have access to the crowd calendar, touring plans, forum and more. You can also see the immediate next 30 days for free, so it will be great for your upcoming trip!

In reviewing the calendar, it appears that Monday will be a better day to visit Magic Kingdom.

All of the parks are excellent for eight-year-old boys, but I think that their favorite will be Magic Kingdom! Make sure to take them on Pirates of Caribbean, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.

They will also love Disney's Hollywood Studios, particulary riding Toy Story Mania! Boys will also love experiencing the water parks!

I hope you have a magical vacation! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else!

    Magically,
    Stacy
