Hi! My best friend and I will be visiting Disney World this Dec! We are very excited for our first ever visit to DW. I am currently debating on getting tickets to MVMCP. Would it be something you recommend for two 20 year olds with no kids?

    Hi, Kathryn!

I can't imagine there's a better way to experience Walt Disney World for the first time than with your BFF by your side. That sounds amazing.

Definitely, if you can work it into your trip, do Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. To begin with, you get to experience Florida snow. No doubt, you've seen snow before, but there is something so magical about the drifting "snow" on Main Street, USA with the beautiful holiday lights glowing. Then, there is the limited number of tickets sold to the event, which means for the most part, you can do even more attractions than you might normally do on a day at the Magic Kingdom. My family often uses the party as our Magic Kingdom day at the parks, so we can spend the early part of the day enjoying the resort pool or Disney Springs.

Another plus for 20 year olds at the party - free snacks. My 20-something daughter would rather skip dinner and enjoy the hot cocoa and Christmas cookies available throughout the park. And in years past, the snacks have also included sno-cones, soft pretzels, apple cider, and chocolate milk. You're bound to find something festive and fun to munch on.

I can't say enough about the parade and fireworks. Tiggerific? Practically Perfect? Supercalifragilisticexpealidocious? They are all those words and more.

And, bottom line, you're at Walt Disney World at the most magical time of the year. Take advantage of as much of the magic of the season as you can!

    Have a fantastic trip!
