    My best friend who lives in Ireland and I are going to WDW together and we want to go during the least crowded time there is, but we're both in college and have class during the majority of the year. Is there a time that doesn't interfere with our school?

    Hi Jennifer,

    Without knowing your school schedule, I can't say exactly what the best time for you is. If you don't start back at school until September, then the last week of August is a low crowd time that might work for you. Similarly, if you don't go back to school until mid January, then the second week of January is a low-crowd, non-hot time of the year to visit. I would avoid spring break and Christmas week, as those are extremely high crowd times at Walt Disney World.

    To find the best dates that work for your schedule, you can take a look at the independent website touringplans.com. Their Crowd Calendar tells the anticipated crowd level for every day of the year. There is a small fee to use this service, but finding the best dates for you is probably worth it. You can also look at the free articles on blog.touringplans.com. Search there for an article called "Trip Planning 101: Deciding When to Visit Walt Disney World." This may give you some helpful pointers.
