My best friend an I have known each other for 20 years as of this fall. We are planning a limited budget Disney vacation in early September. I am wondering if you have any suggestions for a special but economical wayfor two grownups to celebrate

Hi Kim! I love that you and your BFF are celebrating together at Disney World! There are tons of things to do, so here are just a few suggestions:

    - Visit the gorgeous Grand Floridian Resort. Explore the shops, sit in the lobby and soak in the ambiance while listening to the piano player, and enjoy breakfast or lunch at the Grand Floridian Cafe.
    - Go for manicures at one of the Spas. Click here to see your options!
    - Head for an evening of fun at the Boardwalk. There's lots of free entertainment, and you can also go and sing along to the dueling pianos at Jellyrolls.
    - Spend the day or evening at Downtown Disney. It's gorgeous and you don't have to spend a dime. I highly recommend Wolfgang Puck Express, where you can enjoy delicious food at quick service restaurant prices. My fave!
    - If you're visiting a park, head to the Hollywood Studios and go to the Magic of Disney Animation. Here you can sign up for an art "class" where you'll each get to draw a character with a Disney artist. You can give each other your pieces of art as a memento of both your vacation and your friendship.

    Have a magical vacation Kim!
