    Who has the best food?

Wow, that's a loaded question. I'm sure that if you asked each of the Moms Panelists this question, you'd get twelve different answers. I will say that Victoria and Alberts at the Grand Floridian is generally acknowledged to have the best food at WDW. This is an extremely upscale, coat and tie venue that has won just about every restaurant award that exists in Florida. Since early 2008, the restaurant has had an age requirement that diners be at least 10 years old. (And I'm sure that if they were allowed to, they'd add the phrase "and on their best behavior" to that requirement.) On any give night, you're sure to see at least one or two marriage proposals at V&A's -- it's that kind of place.

Beyond V&A's, Disney has what it calls its "signature dining experiences." Most of these restaurants have a "business casual" dress code, but smaller children are welcome here. These are the dining places that Disney puts forth as their best in terms of food and service. They each have unique specialties and excellent wine lists. You can have truly delicious meals at any of them. The signature dining restaurants are: Jiko, Flying Fish, California Grill, Artist Point, Citricos, the Brown Derby, Narcoosees, and the Yachtsman Steakhouse.

My personal favorite among this is Artist Point in the Wilderness Lodge. The cedar plank salmon and the cheese tasting platter are both extraordinary. In a tie for close second for me are the Brown Derby and the California Grill.

If you'd like to see the menus for any of these restaurants, go to the website allearsnet.com. Click the search button and type in the name of the restaurant you're interested in.

Hope you have a great meal.
