Heigh-Ho Melissa,
Planning with a large group can seem a bit overwhelming but your
My Disney Experience profile and
mobile app will make it so much easier. Each family should designate someone to have a My Disney Experience profile. Next,
Family & Friend list requests should be done amongst each other. This can be done through your My Disney Experience profile. Once this is done each profile can link their Resort and ticket reservations and share their itinerary amongst the families. This is your vacation hub and before your arrival become comfortable navigating both the online and mobile app so you know exactly what and why it is important to have.
Advanced dining reservations can be made 60-days prior and if you have a Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation it can be done 60-days prior and up to the entire length of your stay (up to 10-days of your vacation). Guests traveling with large groups should consider calling (407) WDW-DINE. A Cast Member can better accommodate your requests and have easier access to finding times and tables. Guests with large parties should consider dining at off-peak times and understand they may need to split their party up amongst a couple of tables. With such a variety of table-service and quick-service restaurants around the Walt Disney World Resort, you are sure to find something that settles the rumbly in your tumbly. And now with the Disney
mobile food and beverage order Guests can easily reserve a time slot and make their selections in advance for their culinary needs.
