What is the best Deluxe resort for kids. We are planning our third family trip with 2 kids. Daughter will be 6 and our son will be 2 at the time we come. Looking for comfort and convenience. Also looking for resort with room service plenty of restaurants.

    Hi Melissa,

When our children were that age, we stayed at the BoardWalk Inn. We absolutely loved this resort as it was easy to walk to both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, there were activities at night to burn some extra energy and we loved the pool. The pool has a fun slide and a children's area.

There are great restaurants located here as well such as the Flying Fish Cafe. What is unique about the restaurants associated with this resort is they are not located inside. They are outside on the boardwalk like you would find in traditional beach towns. However, you can still get room service.

Another favorite is across the lagoon at the Yacht Club or the Beach Club. These resorts share Stormalong Bay one of the bests pools on property. You also have access to more great restaurants such as Yachtsman Steakhouse, Cape May Cafe and Beaches & Cream Soda Shop.

When you think about your children, all of the Disney resorts will be fun for them. We always looked at locations which would make our traveling easier. We did not want to collapse a stroller with sleepy children each day and ride a bus. This is why these are great locations.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
