What are the best counter service restaurants in each of the parks? And which resorts do you feel have good counter service options? We are staying at Pop Century 12/18-12/28. Love the panel:)

    Hi Connie,

There are lots of counter/quick service restaurants throughout Walt Disney World and everyone will have a different opinion of which ones are best but here are my families favourites -

Magic Kingdom - Columbia Harbour House, it serves lovely sandwiches, soups and also has yummy chicken and fish.

Epcot - For the huge variety it has to be Sunshine Seasons in The Land. The choice is extensive from rotisserie chicken to Asian cuisine and the desserts are delicious.

Disney's Hollywood Studios - Our favourite here is Starring Rolls Cafe, with it's choice of sandwiches, pastries and fruit it makes a nice change from burgers.

Disney's Animal Kingdom - Most people love Flame Tree Barbecue but my family loves Pizzafari, especially the chicken caeser salad, yep salad in a pizza place!

All the moderate and value resorts have fantastic food courts all offering a wide range of meals. Last trip we stayed at Port Orleans Riverside and the food there was excellent especially the make your own pasta or salad station.

To get a better idea of what's on offer you can look at all the menus on the dining pages of www.allears.net

    Have a fantastic trip,

    Jo
