Best way to celebrate my daughter 10 bday

    Welcome to planDisney, Gilvan!

As Mickey would say, “Hot dog!” Celebrating a 10th birthday at Walt Disney World is the stuff dreams are made of. And since it looks like you’re arriving today, I’ve got a few ideas to help make your daughter’s day extra magical.

First stop....Guest Relations at any theme park (like City Hall in Magic Kingdom) or the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel to pick up a complimentary “Happy Birthday” button. Cast Members and guests will be wishing her a happy birthday all day long. I also like to pop into the Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square, where they can personalize the button with their beautiful calligraphy for a small fee. It adds such a special touch.

Make sure to grab a PhotoPass picture in front of Cinderella Castle. If you decide to purchase Memory Maker for the day, it’s a great way to collect all those magical moments. Photographers sometimes add birthday props or fun surprises like balloons and confetti effects. Those little touches make the photos even more special.

Another fun idea is to head over to the Caricature artist stand in Liberty Square, just past Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe. They can create a fun portrait of the birthday girl, and you can even request a birthday theme like a princess crown or Mickey balloons. No reservations are needed. You can just walk up and check their availability.

If you’re dining at a table-service restaurant, ask about the Mickey Mouse Celebration Cakes. They come in dark, milk, or white chocolate and serve 4–6 people. You can request one in advance through your My Disney Experience app, or ask about same-day availability at the restaurant when you check in at the podium.

To add a little surprise back at your resort, check out Disney Floral & Gifts. If you order before noon, they can deliver balloons or a small birthday package to your hotel’s front desk later that day. Even something as simple as a Mickey balloon bouquet can really make her smile when you return from the parks.

If you’re ending the day at Magic Kingdom, check for same-day availability for one of the Fireworks Dessert Parties, like the one at Tomorrowland Terrace. There’s nothing quite like watching Happily Ever After with a plate full of sweet treats and a prime view.

Gilvan, I hope your daughter’s birthday is filled with magical memories that will last a lifetime. I’m so glad you’re celebrating this milestone at Walt Disney World!

    Warmly,
    Eean
