What is the best way to book a Disney trip. I have used several sites including Disney to get a price and they are all different.

    Diana,

There is no question that Disney has a web of discounts out there, and making sense of them is a bit of a challenge. At any given time you are going to wonder if you are seeing all of them, and it can be hard to determine which is your best deal. Sometimes it is best to go with free dining. Other times the room discount saves you far more. What should you do?

I very strongly urge you to use an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. In particular, use one that is a stated no-fee agency. That means that with them you will pay EXACTLY what you would have paid if you booked with Disney directly. They get their revenue from Disney for booking the trip, not from you paying an added charge.

Why use them? They will know what deals are available, and be able to cost compare them for you. And they can do that with an understanding of you and your traveling party. And if another deal comes out after you have booked, they will not only learn about it for you, but they can assess if it will save you more, if you are eligible, and will do the work for you.

There are other perks that come with using one of these agents, like they can book all your Advanced Dining Reservations for you (who wants to get up that early, anyway?), and they can offer more advice tailored to you.

I always like MouseFan Travel and Dreams Unlimited, but there are others available. Just make sure they are an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, and a no-fee agency.

I hope that this has helped. Feel free to send me any follow-up questions if you have any!

    Have a magical vacation!
