    Hi! What is the best way to get from Boma to Winter Summerland on March 8, 2014? Blizzard Beach will still be closed. Will buses still go there? After we're finished golfing, what would be the best way to get to Downtown Disney? Thanks a million!!

    Hello Schenley-  Miniature golf is such a fun activity while on vacation. With the Winter Summerland course you will have a choice of either the summer or winter courses both full of exciting challenges, and lots of fun!    (I prefer the winter course, watch out for the snowmen.)   I have been assured by a hostess at the course that  guests  are arriving by bus to enjoy 18 holes of putting excitement.   I suggest you ask a cast member as you are leaving the Animal Kingdom Lodge what bus to take, since busses will not be running to Blizzard Beach on March 8, 2014. When you do board be sure to tell the driver you would like to go to Winter Summerland Miniature Golf.    Another option would be to take a cab from Animal Kingdom Lodge over to the course.  

    As there's not a direct bus route between Blizzard Beach and Downtown Disney, the quickest option would be to take Disney transportation to a nearby resort hotel.   I suggest going to the Saratoga Springs Resort as this would allow you to walk to your destination from the hotel.  Be sure to allow adequate time  to reach the Downtown Disney area,  especially if you have dining reservations.  I wouldn't want you to miss out on a spectacular meal.
