Is there a benefit to pre paying gratuities on a cruise. what percentage of people actualy do that ?

    Ahoy Pamela!
I'm so glad you stopped by with your question! You will find that Disney Cruise Line has set the bar high when it comes to service and satisfaction of their Guests! They will go above and beyond to bring the magic of Disney to life each and every day of your vacation!  As a way to say thanks and show your appreciation, gratuities can be pre-paid online up to three days prior to sailing or once you are aboard.  I'm not sure of the percentage of Guests who pay prior to boarding, but it is now a Disney Cruise Line policy to add the suggested gratuity amount to shipboard accounts.  If Guests wish to pay cash or change the gratuity amount, they are asked to stop by Guest Services on Deck Three. By the end of the cruise, you will receive pre-paid gratuity vouchers and envelopes in your stateroom for your convenience.  These can be passed out on the last night of your vacation.
Thanks again for visiting the Moms Panel, Pamela!  If you have any other questions, please let me know!
    Have a magical day!
