Bonjour Emily!
My love for all things Belle is a tale as old as time.... or at least as old as I am. We both love reading, french food, and adventuring in the great wide somewhere.
You will find Belle in the Magic Kingdom riding atop a float in
The Royal Princess Processional cavalcade, which operates a few times a day.
Throughout the day, all of the princesses make a stop at the end of Main Street, U.S.A., above the train station, to greet guests entering the royal realm. I have also heard from the local villagers that she can be spotted (although rarely) outside of her father's cottage where Enchanted Tales with Belle is normally held. Be sure to ask a Cast Member if she is planning on making an appearance that day. After all, she has a very busy schedule helping her father with his latest invention. The fair is coming up, and that "bone-headed contraption" still won't work!
Emily, you won't want to pass up a chance to eat in the Beast's castle at
Be Our Guest Restaurant. Here you can dine just like Belle in either the Ballroom, the Library, or the West Wing. While Belle has other errands to attend to, the master of the castle himself has been known to stalk the halls and check in on his guests. The 3-course pre-fixe meal is très magnifique, and you can even try the grey stuff, it's delicious!
If you are looking for a true Beauty and the Beast experience, make sure that you stop by the France Pavilion in EPCOT. In this poor provincial town, you will be able to sing your heart out with a brand new
Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along. To really channel your inner Belle I recommend that you stop by the local baker to pick up some of his bread and rolls to sell. His store is called
Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie, and I wholeheartedly recommend the baguette, quiche, and macaroons.
I hope that this helped, Emily!
Please come back here to planDisney if we can help answer any other questions for you.
Au Revoir!
