Do the bell hops/services still transfer bags from one hotel to another? I will be staying 1 nt at Port Orleans and then check into the BLT at Contemporary. I heard bell services do not do this. Is that true or is the transfer service still available? TY!

Sure! Luggage services would be happy to assist you with moving your bags. When you check in at Port Orleans, speak to someone in their luggage department. They will tell you what the procedure is for getting your bags from one place to another. At our last visit they came to the room to pick up our bags when we called, and then our suitcases arrived at the second resort several hours later, but there is always the possibility that the system has changed.

I strongly recommend that you take whatever you might need that day to the parks with you. Because they are handling luggage to and from every resort on property, the transfer is a slow process. You may not see your bags until 4-5pm the next day, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, it's easy-peasy, and well worth the few dollars tip to not have to haul it around yourself!

    Hope that helps!
