Hello, I have a Beleve Magic Key annual pass and I thoug it that photos from the resort were included, however, when I have scanned them, the photo pass watermark is still on them. My passes are linked to the account, but I can’t access the photos. Thank y

Hi Katie! Welcome to planDisney. I know that saving your magical memories through photos is incredibly important, so I’m happy to help you with the next steps for accessing your Disney PhotoPass pictures.

As you mentioned, one of the key benefits of holding the Believe Key (along with the Inspire Key) is access to unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital downloads. This includes not only photos taken by PhotoPass photographers throughout the Disneyland Resort, but also those thrilling attraction photos, like your out-of-this-world moment on Space Mountain or that splashdown on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

As long as your Believe Key is linked to your Disney account, you should be able to view your photos in the Disneyland app. Just scroll down to the “Disney PhotoPass” section and tap the blue link labeled “My Photos.” From there, your captured moments should appear like pixie dust.

If you notice a PhotoPass watermark still showing, double-check that the Magic Key linked to the photos is indeed your active Believe Key. You can also visit the official PhotoPass website to confirm that your photos are properly associated with the correct account. If everything looks right and the watermark still remains, I’d recommend reaching out to PhotoPass Guest Support. They’ll be happy to help lift that watermark and ensure you have full access to your images.

Once everything is sorted, I have a few favorite photo spots you may want to explore! Over at Disney California Adventure, Pixar Pier is especially stunning at sunset. Try positioning yourself to face the Pixar Pal-A-Round as the sun dips behind it. It’s pure magic. In Disneyland, head to the peaceful path just right of Sleeping Beauty Castle for a less-crowded, dreamy angle of the castle. And don’t miss “it’s a small world.” The clock opens every 15 minutes with a charming parade of figures that makes for a whimsical video or photo moment.

I hope this helps, Katie! Please stop by again if you have more questions. We’re always delighted to help at planDisney.

    Have a picture-perfect day!
