Paulette,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
Getting from Point A to Point B at Walt Disney World can be something of a challenge, especially after the parks close for the evening. I have some thoughts on your best strategies, and when you can fill in the information of the date when you want to make these travels, you should have a solid idea of your best option.
Option 1: If both
Disney's Hollywood Studios or
EPCOT are open until 11:00 pm that day, you can take the
Disney Skyliner to Hollywood Studios, and then take a bus back to
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort.
Option 2: If the parks are closing early enough that the Skyliner will have stopped operating, you can take a bus from Disney's Beach Club Resort to
Disney Springs, and then transfer to a bus to All-Star Sports. The buses between the Disney resorts and Disney Springs typically will run until around 2 am.
Option 3: With both options, the transfers can be both time-consuming and a bit frustrating. If your budget allows, calling for an Uber or Lyft might save you time and headaches.
BOTTOM LINEOption 2, using the transfers at Disney Springs will be the most reliable choice. I would only use a car service if I had the budget and time was of the essence.
