    Hi! Are there any beaches close by when we get off the ship in Nassau (Disney Dream in February!!!). Do we need to book an excursion or is there stuff we can do on our own?

    Hi Kate!
    Thanks again for writing back!  When you disembark the ship in Nassau, there are restaurants and shopping around the port.  The closest beach is a cab ride away so if you are looking for splashtacular fun, a Port Adventure is your best option in Nassau.  If you don't want to be off the ship for long, I suggest walking around the Straw Market and picking up a few souvenirs before heading back!
