We have an 11am BBB reservation and plan to meet the princesses afterwards. I'm a little nervous about my 4 yo and 2 yo waiting in a long line in the heat of day. Are kids able to wait in line in their stroller for this attraction? Thank you!

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for stopping back with another question! My family had a similar plan on our last visit to Disneyland Resort. Both our children had royal makeovers at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and then we hightailed it over to Royal Hall so they could pose with the princesses in their new looks. My son was so proud of his knight shirt and shield, and his pixie-dusted coif lasted through hours of rides afterward. My daughter opted for a classic princess bun and tiara and couldn't wait to show Ariel her mermaid-inspired ensemble. We ended up with a lot of really great pictures!

I can understand not wanting your little ones to melt in the Southern California sunshine, or scuff up their new looks tumbling through the line. I scrolled back through my own family photos to see if we kept our stroller in line with us, and it looks like our children's chariot was parked outside the line area.  As you can imagine, policies change all the time so, I'd recommend speaking with a Cast Member upon arrival to confirm the latest procedure. I do remember the outdoor portion of the line being at least partially covered, so that will help keep your kiddos cool while they wait. I'd suggest picking up a Boysen Apple Freeze and a snack from Maurice's Treats near the line entrance to keep the kids fueled and occupied while waiting to meet their favorite princesses.

If you're planning to bring your own stroller, be sure to take a look at the size guidelines in advance of your visit. Should you decide to travel light, you can rent a stroller on-site at the parks each day as well. Just keep in mind that rented strollers cannot be brought back to your resort at the end of the day.

While you're making the rest of your park day itineraries, don't forget about all the other great attractions for younger kids. No day in Fantasyland is complete without a ride on Alice in Wonderland or a sing-a-long on "it's a small world." My children were also fascinated by Storybook Land Canal Boats. We loved riding at dusk when all the little lights began twinkling- so magical!

Jennifer, if we can be of further assistance please don't hesitate to come back and see us again. We're always happy to help!

    Wishing you magic and memories,
    Amy
