B2B on the wish in August 2023 in concierge. I've never been in concierge and want to make this special after several very sad family events. What do I need to know about concierge? We aren't wealthy, and I am afraid of looking like an idiot

Joyce, I'm so sorry your family has experienced some sadness recently, and I hope the magic of a Disney Cruise Line vacation is just what you'll need to lift your spirits.

You, Joyce, will not look like an idiot. First, on the brand new Disney Wish, we are all going to look lost and confused finding our way around and figuring stuff out. But with your concierge room, you will have the concierge team members to help you every step of the way, beginning before your board the ship.

You'll be contacted by the concierge team prior to sailing, and 130 days ahead of your trip, you can let them know what activities and port adventures you want, and they will begin booking for you at 120 days, which is when concierge guests can begin to make those plans. This gives you a huge advantage when booking hard-to-get things like a cabana at Castaway Cay or Palo Steakhouse Brunch.

When you arrive at the port, you'll go to the concierge check-in area for priority boarding, and you will be invited to a special welcome reception, where you can ask questions and make other plans you still have pending. There are spaces on the ship dedicated exclusively to concierge guests, including a lounge and a gorgeous sun deck. You'll find snacks and beverages throughout the day at the lounge.

Joyce, it's a truly special experience to be onboard in a concierge room, and you'll fit in just perfectly with the other guests. Enjoy, let the power of pixie dust heal your spirits, and let yourself enjoy the lap of luxury for two wonderful cruises!
