Do Bay Lake Towers 2 Bedroom villa kitchens have crock pots?

    Hi Marlene!

You are going to love having a full kitchen at Disney’s Bay Lake Tower! We find that cooking a few meals in our room is a great way to save while on vacation and allows us a little room in the budget for extra souvenirs or a special treat. The full kitchens do have a selection of basic kitchen items such as a stock pot, a frying pan, colander, a cookie sheet, utensils and dinner ware.

Currently a slow cooker is not one of the items supplied. While it is a neat idea to come home to a fully cooked meal, there are a few considerations. First, since families are often gone for many hours and the slow cooker would be unattended there would always be a concern of fire safety. Additionally, since slow cookers tend to make (usually delicious) smells permeate throughout the area, those scents may not be as delicious to your neighbors.

When we use our kitchen I tend to try to pick quick and easy to make meals. My go-to options include spaghetti, tacos, grilled cheese and tomato soup and sloppy joes. All of these are pretty quick to fix and don’t require any unusual grocery items. We use GardenGrocer.com to have groceries delivered at the beginning of our trip, and we have always had great service from them.

Have fun as you plan your upcoming summer vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. Let me know if there are any additional questions I can help you with!

    Have a Disney Day!
