We have a Bay Lake Tower reservation in November and are hoping to buy tickets to the Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom and at Hollywood Studios, November 19 and 18, respectively. What time on June 29 will the tickets start to be available? Do we call in?

Welcome to planDisney, Lois, and are those jingle bells I hear in the distance? Your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit sounds like one big festive party, so let's grab some warm Christmas cookies and see about purchasing those event tickets.

As a Disney Resort Hotel guest, you can purchase tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom Park and Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney's Hollywood Studios starting June 29. I spoke to a joyous Cast Member who said that the exact times had not been released, but tickets are typically available no earlier than 6:00 AM online and no earlier than 7:00 AM on the phone. It sounds like the perfect opportunity to grab a steaming mug of cocoa and hop online early!

Disney Jollywood Nights sound especially fun, and guests are encouraged to "glam it up" for the red carpet. I envision a polka dress, bright red lipstick, and some Hollywood-style attitude for my attire! And the after-hours party at Magic Kingdom Park is always the best way to get in the holiday spirit. Mickey's Once Upon a Time Christmastime Parade is always a highlight because seeing my beloved pals in their holiday finery makes me all toasty inside.

Lois, I'm sprinkling pixie dust and snowflakes so that you'll secure the Christmas party tickets of your dreams. Please stop by planDisney anytime because helping guests is our favorite present!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
