    Are there any basic tips on how to save $$$. The travel party consists of 3 adults(24). I am driving down and plan on bringing cereal for breakfast and snacks to carry around the park. We are also doing the DDP quickservice option. Any other hints or tips

    It sounds to me like you are off to a great start!  The dining plan is a great option to help you budget, and eating breakfast in the room is also an easy way to save money.

    Another thing I would suggest is to set your spending limit before you leave home, and stick to it!  It's so easy to get carried away when you are out shopping, but if you know up front how much you have to spend for the week, that makes it easier to spread out.  Cash also helps - it's easy to overspend on a credit card or room charge, but paying with cash makes you more aware of every penny.

    I would also suggest refillable water bottles to go with your pre-packed snacks, and perhaps some additional snack food for in the room at night.

    Consider a quick stop at the dollar store to grab rain ponchos and handheld, battery-powered fans, both of which are much cheaper there than in the parks!
