we have the base ticket plus fun but not the hopper-does this mean if 2 days we go to the waterparks but don' t do a theme park that one of the other days we could hop to 2 parks and still have enough passes for the week

Unfortunately not. The base tickets are coded in the computer so that they can not be used at more than one park per day, even if there are remaining days on the ticket. If you want to visit more than one theme park per day, you're going to have to add the park hopper option to your ticket. You can do this at any point during your trip by going to a theme park ticket window or guest relations office.

    Have a good trip!
