How do I bank my vacation points?

    Hello Kathleen!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Banking your Vacation Points can be very important. You don’t want to lose even one of those precious points!

I have banked points on several occasions, and it is really quite simple. The easiest way to do it is to call Member Services at the number on the back of your Membership Card. They can handle this over the phone for you in just a few minutes. Alternately you can bank your points on the DVC Member Website. When you first sign-in, look at the menu options along the top of the page, and choose My DVC Membership on the far right. From that option, choose My Dashboard to view details about your upcoming vacations, Vacation Points and Annual Dues. In the Vacation Points section you’ll be able to see what points are currently available and your banking window. Choose where it says Bank My Vacation Points and follow the prompts on the following page.

Do remember that there is a window by which you must bank your points every year. You can bank your points up to 8 months into your Use Year. For example, my Use Year is February, so I can bank my points up until the last day of September. After your banking window has passed, you must either use or lose your Vacation Points. I hope this is helpful to you, Kathleen. Please let me know if you have any additional Membership questions that I can help you with!

    Wishing you Membership Magic!
