Hi, Can I use my Bank statement and Military ID to purchase resident Disney tickets? Would I need just one statement or multiple?

    Hello Sameera,

Thank you for reaching out to planDisney with your question about purchasing Florida Resident Disney tickets. I'm glad to help you prepare for your magical visit!

If your Military ID lists a Florida address, it serves as a valid proof of Florida residency, and you can use it directly to purchase Florida Resident tickets. However, if your Military ID does not have a Florida address, you can use a bank statement as your proof of residency. You will need to provide a recent bank statement (dated within the last two months) that shows your current Florida residential address. Remember to bring a photo ID (such as your Military ID) for identity verification along with your bank statement.

It’s important to note that these documents need to be presented in person when purchasing your tickets at the ticket window or Guest Relations at the Walt Disney World Resort. Unfortunately, there is no option to verify Florida residency online with a bank statement, so ensure you have these documents ready when you arrive.

As a Florida resident, you might also be eligible for discounts on lodging at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels. These special rates can help make your stay even more magical and affordable, giving you the perfect opportunity to enjoy more of what the parks have to offer. Be sure to explore these options and check availability when planning your visit, as these discounts can vary based on the time of year and hotel occupancy.

We hope your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is filled with unforgettable moments and magical memories, Sameera!

    Warm wishes,

    ~Yael
