Hi, it is time for my family of four (two adults, a 14 year old, and a 10 year old) to renew our passes. However, online I seem to only have access to renew my own pass. How can I get access to renewing the passes for my children, who are minors?

    Hello Julie,

Welcome to planDisney! I'm delighted to hear you're ready to renew your Walt Disney World Annual Passes. As a fellow Annual Passholder and Florida resident who also manages and renews passes for my family, I understand how important it is to make the process as smooth as possible.

First, make sure that all family members' passes are linked under your My Disney Experience account. You can check this by logging into your account either through the My Disney Experience app or on the Walt Disney World website and navigating to the "My Family & Friends" section in your profile. If your children's passes are not listed, you might need to link them by entering their pass numbers or connecting with their accounts if they have separate logins.

When you log into your account on the official Walt Disney World website or through the My Disney Experience mobile app, go to "My Plans" and then to "Tickets & Passes." You should see all linked passes there and be able to renew each one. If you're only seeing your pass, there might be a display or linking issue.

If you continue to have trouble viewing or renewing your children's passes through your account, I recommend reaching out to Disney Guest Relations or calling the Annual Passholder helpline at (407) WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277. The Cast Members there can help ensure all accounts are properly linked and can often help you complete the renewal over the phone.

Also, remember to renew within the renewal window, which typically starts 60 days before your current passes expire and extends up to 30 days after expiration.

It's wonderful that your family is extending your adventure with another year of magical experiences at Walt Disney World. If you need any more help or additional information as you prepare for your upcoming visits, feel free to reach out.

Enjoy another magical year at Walt Disney World!

    Warm regards,
