Hi, Dawn! The entire Disney Parks Moms Panel team wishes you a happy early birthday! Mickey Mouse is celebrating his 90th birthday this yEAR, so make sure to stop in and see him in the
Town Square Theater located in
Magic Kingdom Park.
What an extra special Mom you must have! Since she's not planning to travel with you, I'd be happy to give you some advice about how to pick up your theme park tickets from the
Disney Springs Ticket Center. Typically, you will need two things: a valid Photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase. Since you won't have the credit card, here's what I'd suggest. Find the Walt Disney World email confirmation that was sent to your Mom (or you) after the ticket purchase. Read the information carefully for information on what to bring with you to Will Call. If your Mom purchased the tickets as a gift (there's a box to check on the Walt Disney World ticket website if you plan to buy them as a gift), then you'll have no problem. If she didn't, then the email will state to bring the credit card with you for pick up. If this is the case, call Ticketing Guest Services at (407) 566-4985 for assistance. I'd do this soon, as your trip is quickly approaching.
I hope this helps, Dawn! By the way, while you're in Disney Springs, you should treat yourself to a special birthday dinner! The brand new
Jaleo by José Andrés featuring Spanish style cuisine would be my top pick!
