    Just back from WDW. Stayed at POR and loved it! Planning next trip for 2012 (DD will be 8) and considering CS. Have also stayed at CB and PC. Prefer the moderate resorts. Is CS quiet and relaxing even though it is a convention center. Good choice for us?

    Hi, Danielle!  I think Disney's Coronado Springs resort is an excellent choice for a moderate resort.  I stayed there in December with my Moms Panel friends for the first time since the resort opened, and it completely reminded me of how much I loved it the first time! 

    The resort is quite spread out, so even though there is a large convention area, I don't think you'll have to worry about convention goers and noise.  The convention center area is pretty centrally located, and removed from the buildings where the guests stay.

    My daughters, especially the eight year old, loves the swimming pool and water slide, and my whole family really enjoys dining at the Pepper Market.  Your daughter might also enjoy the Dig Site, the game arcade, and as a matter of fact, there's so many things to do there, you might forget there are theme parks to go to!

    I found Coronado Springs to be relaxing, very comfortable, with plenty to do for all of us.  I recommend it to all of my friends looking for a moderate resort.
