HI, just got back from WDW and planning a trip for Dec/2014. Would crowd levels in early to mid December be better than just after the holiday itself ? Thank you !

Hi, Sue!  The crowds between Christmas and New Years are some of the largest at Walt Disney World at any time during the year.  If you can make your reservations before the Christmas holidays, you'll be able to take advantage of all of the holiday offerings at Walt Disney World without experiencing the overwhelming holiday crowds.

Crowds seem to trail off a bit just after Thanksgiving, but increase in the days leading up to Christmas.  If you can do early or mid December, you'll be able to enjoy the decorations, special holiday shows and attractions, and all the magic of a holiday at Walt Disney World without worrying about parks closing due to capacity.

I hope this helps as you begin your planning, and if there's anything else I can do, you know just where to find me!
