I looked through my viewfinder for a helpful Cast Member, and she gave me a few options to try. First, if you see watermarks on your PhotoPass photos, you probably need to activate the Memory Maker service. You can do this online by clicking any watermarked image and clicking the green Activate button. Now, you're ready to strike a pose and download your masterpieces!
To download, hover in the top right of any watermark-free photo, and the gray circle should turn green. You can scroll up to see the Download button. You will also see an option to Select All to download all eligible photos simultaneously. The Cast Member advised that the files might go into a zip file, and she also recommended you allow pop-ups during this process.
