    Hi! I just got back from running the 5K in Disney World and I can't stop thinking about the "Protein Bites" I had at the Health Expo. They had peanut butter and quinoa among other ingredients. Is there somewhere I can get the recipe?

    Thank you so much for stopping by again to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about those delicious protein bites!

    I was unable to get the exact recipe for those bites, but there are some similar recipes online that I think may come pretty close to those scrumptious morsels! I recommend a quick internet search with those ingredients that you mentioned and there are some great options that pop up! runDisney even posted their own version and you can take a look at that one too! Disney Citizenship also regularly posts recipes as well!
